Technikbegeisterte erforschen weiterhin das Potenzial von Bildschirmadaptionen mithilfe moderner Technologie und richten ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf die beliebte Witcher-Serie. Sora AI, ein YouTube-Kanalersteller, hat kürzlich einen Konzepttrailer für eine Witcher 3: Wild Hunt-Adaption enthüllt.

Das Video fängt gekonnt die Ästhetik des Kinos der 1980er Jahre ein und nutzt die Kraft von Neurales Netzwerks. Der Trailer zeigt zahlreiche bekannte Charaktere aus dem Witcher-Universum, darunter Geralt, Yennefer, Ciri, Triss Merigold, Regis, Dijkstra, Priscilla und andere. Obwohl einige geringfügige visuelle Änderungen vorhanden sind, bleibt die Zeichenerkennung weiterhin einfach.

Kürzlich haben die Entwickler von Witcher 3 angedeutet, Triss‘ Hochzeit einzubeziehen, die ursprünglich als „Ashen Marriage“-Quest in Novigrad geplant war. Die Handlung schildert Triss‘ aufkeimende Gefühle für Castello und ihren Wunsch nach einer schnellen Heirat. Geralt hilft bei den Hochzeitsvorbereitungen und hat die Aufgabe, die Kanäle von Monstern zu befreien, Alkohol zu beschaffen und ein Hochzeitsgeschenk auszuwählen.

Interessanterweise wird die Reaktion von Triss direkt von dem gewählten Geschenk beeinflusst. Weniger nachdenkliche Geschenke werden nur mäßig aufgenommen, während eine Erinnerungsrose – ein bekannter Gegenstand aus Witcher 2 – eine starke emotionale Reaktion hervorruft.
