Diseñado originalmente por Vlaada Chvátil y publicado digitalmente por CGE Digital, Codenames ofrece un giro digital al juego clásico.

¿Qué son los nombres en clave?

Los nombres en clave implican asignar identidades secretas a los personajes. Los equipos trabajan juntos para identificar a sus agentes ocultos detrás de nombres en clave, guiados por pistas de una palabra de su maestro de espías. El desafío radica en identificar correctamente a los agentes evitando a los civiles y, fundamentalmente, al asesino.

Codenames es un juego multijugador cara a cara donde los equipos compiten para descifrar qué palabras en una cuadrícula representan a sus agentes. Una sola pista vincula varias palabras, poniendo a prueba tu capacidad para deducir conexiones y burlar a tus oponentes.

La versión digital presenta nuevas palabras, modos de juego y logros desbloqueables, incorporando un sistema de progresión similar a una carrera con nivelación, recompensas y dispositivos especiales. El modo multijugador asíncrono permite hasta 24 horas por turno, lo que permite a los jugadores gestionar varios juegos simultáneamente, competir globalmente y afrontar desafíos diarios en solitario.
