El torneo Sleep Fighter es un evento por equipos; Cada equipo de tres jugadores compite en partidos "al mejor de tres" para acumular puntos. Los equipos con mayor puntuación avanzan. Además de los puntos de victoria, los equipos obtienen "Puntos de sueño" según las horas de sueño registradas.

La semana anterior al torneo Sleep Fighter, cada miembro del equipo debe dormir al menos seis horas por noche. Los equipos que no logran alcanzar las 126 horas de sueño pierden cinco puntos por cada hora deficiente. El equipo con más tiempo total de sueño elige las condiciones de partido del torneo.

SS Pharmaceuticals promueve este evento para resaltar la importancia del sueño para el máximo rendimiento.
