IGN Fan Fest 2025 entregó una fecha de estreno exclusiva para The Walking Dead: Dead City Temporada 2: 4 de mayo de 2025. El anuncio incluyó un clip exclusivo y entrevistas con Scott Gimple (director de contenido de The Walking Dead Universe), Lauren Cohan (Maggie) y Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan).
