Suite à la création de Pokémon Works en mars 2024, The Pokémon Company a annoncé une transition progressive du développement et du fonctionnement de Pokémon Sleep de Select Button à Pokémon Works. Cette annonce, apparue initialement dans l'application japonaise, indique un changement de direction, bien que la section d'actualités de l'application mondiale n'ait pas encore reflété ce changement.

L'annonce indiquait que le développement et l'exploitation étaient auparavant partagés entre Select Button et The Pokémon Company. Les détails de la façon dont cette transition affecte le jeu mondial restent flous.

Pokémon Works, une collaboration entre The Pokémon Company et Iruka Co., Ltd., est relativement nouvelle. Son directeur représentant, Takuya Iwasaki, a souligné son engagement à créer une expérience Pokémon plus immersive. L'emplacement de l'entreprise à Shinjuku, Tokyo, se distingue par sa proximité avec l'ILCA, connue pour ses travaux sur Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Shining Pearl et Pokémon HOME – un projet auquel Pokémon Works a également contribué.

As of now, Divinity: Original Sin 2 has not been officially announced to receive a free upgrade for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or Nintendo Switch 2.
However, it’s worth noting that:

Divinity: Original Sin 2 – Definitive Edition is already available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch (with enhanced versions on newer hardware), and these versions were released as native upgrades from the original PS4/Xbox One/Switch versions.  
The PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions were released as enhanced ports, not as free upgrades, but players who owned the game on older consoles could often upgrade to the next-gen version at a discount, depending on the platform and region.
The Nintendo Switch 2 (expected to launch in 2025) has not been officially confirmed by developers or publishers, and no games have been confirmed to receive a
