inZOI 開発者のクラフトン氏は、NVIDIA の Ace AI テクノロジーのおかげで、ライフシミュレーションゲームの NPC がよりリアルで人間味のあるものになることを明らかにしました。この AI テクノロジーにより、環境に反応し、経験に基づいて行動を形成する高度な AI 市民が生み出されます。

NVIDIA GeForce 公式 YouTube チャンネルに投稿されたビデオ「NVIDIA ACE | inZOI - Create a Simulated city with co-playablecharacters」のトレーラーでは、「インテリジェントゾイ」と呼ばれるこれらの NPC がどのように自律的に行動し、より呼吸できるかを示しています。プレイヤーが望むなら、都市に人生を送りましょう。有効にすると、これらのスマートなゾイは街で積極的な役割を果たし、意思決定を行い、仕事に行く、友人に会うなどの独自のスケジュールと計画を立てます。主人公たちがこれらの知的なゾイと直接交流しなくても、互いに影響を与えることができます。
