Morikomori LifeはAndroidプラットフォームとiOSプラットフォームで正式に発売されましたが、日本のみで発売されました。今回は、RealFun Studioによって公開されています。もともと、このゲームは、Tencent Gamesの子会社であるLevel Infiniteによって中国でリリースされました。しかし、中国語版は約1年前に中止されました。
