May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Revealed

Sony has announced an exciting lineup of new titles for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for May 2025, catering to a wide range of gaming preferences. The full list of games was unveiled in a PlayStation.Blog post, featuring a diverse selection that will be available starting May 20.

Subscribers to the PlayStation Plus Extra tier are in for a treat with nine new titles. Leading the pack is "Sand Land," an action RPG based on the renowned Akira Toriyama manga, available on both PS4 and PS5. Other notable additions include "Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition" and the "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy." The latter has been enhanced for PS5, with the update also coming to PC and Xbox Series X | S on the same day. GSC Game World, the developer behind the trilogy, has confirmed that owners of the original console version will receive the Enhanced Edition at no additional cost, though it remains uncertain if this applies to PlayStation Plus subscribers.

For PlayStation Plus Premium members, "Battle Engine Aquila" joins the catalog as a new classic title. This sci-fi action game, playable on both PS4 and PS5, lets players command a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies in both aerial and ground combat.
