Where to Find Each Chicken Variant

The classic chicken has been renamed the Temperate Chicken and can be found in all non-warm or non-cold biomes. Let's explore the new additions:

• Warm Chickens: These yellow and orange-feathered birds reside in warmer biomes. Look for them in: Badlands, Bamboo Jungle, Eroded Badlands, Jungle, Savanna, Savanna Plateau, Sparse Jungle, Windswept Savanna, and Wooded Badlands.

• Cold Chickens: Sporting blue feathers, these chickens are found exclusively in cold biomes, including: Old Growth Pine Taiga, Old Growth Spruce Taiga, Snowy Taiga, Taiga, Windswept Forest, Windswept Gravelly Hills, and Windswept Hills.

Taming and Breeding Chickens

To collect your feathered friends, you'll need seeds. Chickens aren't traditionally tamed, but feeding them seeds will cause them to follow you. Guide them to a secure enclosure. Remember, transporting chickens, especially in Survival mode, can be challenging, so establish checkpoints along the way.

Breeding is straightforward: feed two chickens of the same type seeds to get an egg of that type. For a surprise, feed two different types; the resulting egg will hatch into a random variant.
