Acquiring the Mistral Lift

The Mistral Lift is exclusively obtainable from Eva Levante. To acquire it, you'll need:

• One Gift in Return: Created by baking Dawning treats (like the Neomun-Cake) and gifting them to NPCs.
• 25 Dawning Spirits: Earned by completing daily Dawning quests and bounties from Eva Levante.
