What Are the Abyssal Depths in Albion Online?

A new PvP dungeon experience is arriving with this update. These instanced PvP dungeons are tailored for compact teams of two or three players, putting you in a dynamically deteriorating arena.

Your squad will battle enemy creatures and competing teams while accomplishing tactical goals and securing spirits. Time is critical—complete your objectives before the dungeon collapses. High stakes bring high rewards, with developers highlighting exclusive items to pursue.

Entry to these dungeons is available through Antiquarian’s Dens, which now also act as hubs for Corrupted Dungeons and Hellgates—both of which receive refinements in this update.

Abyssal Depths aims to improve the new player experience by integrating the post-tutorial journey into the Albion Journal.

Rather than navigating disconnected quest givers, newcomers follow an organized progression that smoothly introduces game systems. Early missions are simple, gradually building toward broader goals involving crafting, combat mechanics, the Destiny Board, and using key structures.

Quality-of-Life Improvements in the Update

The HUD Tracker has been refined for a cleaner appearance, and the user interface adjustments enhance intuitiveness. Tutorial components also receive increased interactivity.

A complete redesign of the Learning Points system is included, alongside a new set of Crystal Weapons and a restructured Marketplace for easier navigation.
