Finding the Storm King

The Storm King doesn't appear until you've progressed through the Storm Chasers update's quests. This starts by talking to Kayden, who reveals the location of the Storm Chaser base camp. From there, you'll need to investigate storms (indicated by purple vortices) to advance the questline. The final quests involve defeating Raven and powering the Tempest Gateway.

Raven's hideout is unlocked after talking to Carl, following a series of battles with Storm Crawlers. Defeat Raven by dodging his dynamite and blocking melee attacks while using your crossbow.

Powering the Tempest Gateway requires at least 10 Eye of the Storm items. Some are acquired from Raven, upgrading the base camp, or exploring Storm Dungeons.

Defeating the Storm King

The Storm King uses ranged and melee attacks. Dodge his laser blast (indicated by a glowing mouth), incoming meteors, and thrown rocks. Avoid his ground pound attack (signaled by him raising both hands). A direct hit can quickly eliminate players.
