Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a hazardous Kentucky BioTech facility. An elevator malfunction and subsequent gas mask failure trigger hallucinations, disrupting initial progress. After the cutscene, locate a red-lit, locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, ascend the stairs, and reach the central elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator unleashes hallucinatory zombie mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Securing the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room. A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination upon approach. Before engaging, gather armor plates, weapons, and crucially, the grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher ground and exit the A.C.R. room. Locate the grappling point to the left of the security desk, leading to the Administration Facility. Answer the ringing phone. You must find four documents and place them in the file display area.

Manequins will appear; maintain distance by sprinting while collecting documents from: a corner desk, near a round table, a small central table, and the cafe area. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate camera stands surrounding a glass chamber to find the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that spawns.

The Mimic can disappear; shoot moving objects to trigger its reappearance. After defeating it, collect the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Eliminate the zombies and use the blacklight to unlock a door.

Activate the console, triggering a timer. Locate and turn all three drain switches within 25 seconds. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to acquire the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone and engage the final battle against the Disciple and numerous zombies. The mission concludes with a hallucinatory sequence.
