How to Change Day Length in Fields of Mistria

Thanks to the March 10th v0.13.0 update, you can now customize the length of your in-game days. This feature is available to all players, regardless of their progress. Here’s how to do it:

1. Load your save game from the Main Menu. Once back on your farm, open the Pause Menu.
2. Click the **Settings tab** (the cog wheel icon) at the bottom.
3. Select **‘Accessibility’** from the left-hand menu.
4. Find the **‘Day Time Speed’** option at the top. The default is ‘Standard’.
5. Select it. The game will warn you that altering the daytime speed might affect NPC schedules, which are optimized for ‘Standard’.
6. If you’re okay with that, adjust the meter to either **‘Longer’** or **‘Longest’**. ‘Longest’ provides the most significant increase in daytime hours.

To activate the new daytime duration, simply **sleep in your bed** until the day changes. Repeat the process to switch between settings.
