Critical Role

Due to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, Critical Role has postponed this week's episode of Campaign 3. The show, a popular Dungeons & Dragons actual-play stream, anticipates resuming on January 16th, but further delays are possible given the ongoing situation.

Campaign 3 is nearing its highly anticipated finale, with the number of remaining episodes yet to be determined. The recent episode concluded on a dramatic cliffhanger, leaving viewers eager for the resolution. The possibility of a new campaign using the Daggerheart TTRPG system is also on the horizon.

The wildfires have directly impacted the Critical Role cast and crew. Matt Mercer and Marisha Ray were forced to evacuate, while Dani Carr narrowly escaped the flames. Tragically, producer Kyle Shire lost his home and belongings. Despite the hardships, the team and community are expressing relief at everyone's safety and focusing on support efforts.

To aid those affected by the wildfires, the Critical Role Foundation is contributing $30,000 to the California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Recovery Fund. The show's motto, "Don't forget to love each other," resonates deeply as the community rallies together during this challenging time. Fans are encouraged to be patient and offer assistance where possible.
