How to Make the Dawning Neomun-Cake in Destiny 2

In Destiny 2's annual Dawning event, players bake treats for NPCs using collected ingredients. While recipes often repeat, new ones occasionally appear. This guide explains how to craft the Neomun-Cake.

Neomun-Cake Ingredients

To bake a Neomun-Cake, you'll need:

• Vex Milk (from defeating Vex enemies)
• Dark Frosting (from defeating enemies using Stasis or Strand abilities/weapons)
• 15 Dawning Essence (earned through various in-game activities)

Dawning Essence is readily acquired through regular gameplay, weekly, and daily activities. For Vex Milk and Dark Frosting, equip Stasis or Strand weapons (abilities also work). Nessus is recommended for Vex farming, offering numerous enemies in open zones and Lost Sectors. Strikes are an alternative, but Nessus is generally faster.

Crafting the Neomun-Cake

Once you've gathered all ingredients, open your inventory and select Eva Levante's Holiday Oven 2.4. Select the Neomun-Cake recipe to begin crafting.

The Dawning often involves delivering various baked goods to different NPCs. The Neomun-Cake is a requirement for some quests, such as the Cookie Delivery Helper, which also includes older recipes like Lavender Ribbon Cookies.
