Dead by Daylight Welcomes Back 2v8 Mode with Resident Evil Collaboration

Dead by Daylight and Resident Evil have joined forces to deliver a thrilling new 2v8 game mode! This special event pits iconic Resident Evil villains against a team of familiar heroes in a unique twist on the classic Dead by Daylight gameplay.

Take on the roles of two infamous antagonists: Nemesis and Albert Wesker (aka The Puppeteer). These powerful Killers will face off against a team of Resident Evil survivors including Jill Valentine, Leon Kennedy, Claire Redfield, and Ada Wong. The intense battles unfold within the iconic Raccoon City Police Station.

This collaboration marks the first time Nemesis and Wesker team up as Killers in this style of gameplay, creating a truly unforgettable experience. Each brings their signature brand of infection-based terror: Nemesis utilizes the T-Virus, while Wesker employs the power of Uroboros to hunt down Survivors.

In this 2v8 mode, players can collect special Resident Evil-inspired herbs. Green herbs heal Survivors, yellow herbs repair hooks, and even Killers can gather herbs for a temporary speed boost!

For both newcomers and veterans, a significant change awaits: the traditional Power and Perk systems have been replaced by a new Class System, adding a fresh layer of strategic depth for both Killers and Survivors.
