On January 18, the shooter introduced four new heroes to the fray, and just a few days later, the studio rolled out balance adjustments to keep the game fresh. Holliday's ability, Crackshot, now triggers on units and uses half its cooldown in these instances, while Calico's ability, Ava, has been upgraded to destroy objects she runs through.

The patch didn't stop there; it also refined older heroes. Kelvin's health has been boosted from 600 to 650, enhancing his survivability. Meanwhile, Vendicta saw her bullet speed reduced from 810 to 740 and her movement speed dropped from nine to eight, making strategic adjustments to her gameplay. In total, the patch targeted 11 heroes, including the newly introduced ones, for rebalancing.

Deadlock remains in closed beta, with an active online player count that fluctuates between 7,000 and 20,000. As the game continues to evolve, these updates ensure that players have a dynamic and engaging experience.
