The Peeper is a stealthy foe, lurking on ceilings and blending into the environment. It spawns randomly across the map, remaining dormant until you venture too close. This giant eyeball will only open when it senses your presence, immediately locking eyes with you and forcing your gaze onto it. This connection inflicts two points of damage to your HP every second, which, while not the most dangerous attack in the game, can be highly disorienting.

When caught in the Peeper's gaze, your point of view zooms in on the eyeball, severely limiting your ability to navigate your surroundings or escape from other threats.
