The New Denpa Men has now made its way to Android devices, following its initial release on the Nintendo Switch in July 2024. Developed and published by Genius Sonority, this quirky RPG brings some unique twists to the mobile platform, setting it apart from the Switch version.

One of the standout features of The New Denpa Men on Android is its support for cross-platform play. If you've already been catching and battling Denpa Men on the Switch, you can seamlessly transfer your progress to your mobile device and continue your adventure on the go.

On Android (and iOS), the game introduces a new feature called QR Catch, allowing you to scan nearby QR codes to add Denpa Men to your team. This replaces the Normal Catch feature found on the Switch. However, some features from the Switch version, such as Together Catch and Offline Catch, are not available on mobile.

Another exciting addition to the Android version is the Voucher Collection system. After battles, monsters drop vouchers called Akashi at random. Collecting these vouchers helps you complete your collection, and you can even gift them to friends or use them in battles.

A fun twist in the mobile version involves scarecrows. You can now summon monsters using them, and these summoned creatures will fight alongside you, attacking enemies and healing your party. To get a better look at the game, watch the trailer below.

You can download The New Denpa Men from the Google Play Store. The game is primarily controlled via touchscreen, but you also have the option to use a controller for a more traditional gaming experience.
