Destiny 2 will get a collab with Star Wars

Bungie, the creators of Destiny 2, continue to delight players with crossovers from popular franchises. A new collaboration is on the horizon: a Destiny 2 and Star Wars team-up! A recent X post hinted at this exciting addition.

Expect new Star Wars-themed items – including cosmetics, armor, emotes, and more – to arrive in Destiny 2 on February 4th, coinciding with the launch of the Heresy episode.

Destiny 2's massive scale, encompassing numerous expansions, unfortunately introduces significant challenges. The sheer volume of data often makes bug fixes incredibly complex, sometimes even impossible without risking the game's stability. Developers frequently employ creative workarounds to address issues that could otherwise destabilize the entire game.

Beyond the critical bugs, smaller glitches still cause considerable player frustration. Reddit user Luke-HW, for example, highlighted a visual bug in a recent post. As shown in accompanying screenshots, a warped skybox obscures environmental details during area transitions within The Dreaming City.
