Disney Dreamlight Valley: Aladdin Quest Guide & Rewards

Disney Dreamlight Valley has enriched its magical world with the addition of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine through the free Tales of Agrabah update, inviting players to bring these beloved characters into Dreamlight Valley. Below, discover all of Aladdin's quests and the rewards you can earn by progressing through his Friendship Path, as well as the steps to unlock them.

Aladdin’s Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Upon Aladdin's arrival in Dreamlight Valley, he invites you to bond with the Magic Carpet by taking a selfie with it. To complete the "Carpet Diem" quest, which begins in the Agrabah realm, equip the Carpet as a Companion from the wardrobe menu and capture a selfie.

Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)

To unlock the Level 2 quest "Good As Gold," elevate Aladdin's friendship by presenting him with his favorite gifts. Aladdin enlists your help with Scrooge McDuck's new security system test. Begin by conversing with Scrooge and then snapping photos inside his shop. Your photographic targets include:

• A vault door behind the desk.
• Both staircases leading to the second floor.
• Three quick escape routes from potential guards.

Try to capture these elements in as few shots as possible. After taking the photos, discuss the next steps with Aladdin, who suggests donning dark, sporty attire. While optional, waiting for nightfall (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.) to change and proceed can enhance the experience.

Once dressed, enter the shop and initiate the security test by pressing the red button to the left of the counter. Navigate the transformed store, using buttons to manipulate light pools and reach the downstairs area. Solve the puzzle by:

1. Starting with the center button Aladdin indicates.
2. Moving to the back right wall to disable two upstairs lights.
3. Pressing the button above the right staircase to shift the spotlight.
4. Pressing the button above the left staircase to turn off another light.
5. Pressing the center button again to extinguish the light at the bottom of the right staircase.

Downstairs, manipulate the button on the right side of the counter to redirect the spotlight at the front door, then use the button on the left display counter to turn off the light over the security test button. After pressing the button to the left of the counter, meet Aladdin by the vault.

Collect the four floating coins by gliding and interacting with them, then hand them over to Aladdin. He'll reveal that some coins have escaped into Dreamlight Valley. Exit the shop and catch the remaining nine coins scattered around your house. Deliver these to Aladdin at his and Jasmine's house, adding them to Scrooge's gold pile. Take a photo with Aladdin and the gold, then listen to his conversation with Scrooge to complete the "Good As Gold" quest.

Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)

At Friendship Level 4, Aladdin wishes to craft a Dreamlight Magic Carpet with you. Start by consulting Merlin, who directs you to the Dreamlight Library for three books: Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, and Flying Technique. Locate these books on the library floor, against the back right wall, and to the left of the central desk.

After gathering the books, deliver them to Aladdin for research. Next, seek Minnie's assistance in gathering materials:

• 4 Dream Shards
• 4 Blue Hydrangeas (found in Dazzle Beach)
• 4 Purple Bell Flowers (available in the Forest of Valor)
• 25 Fiber (purchased at Kristoff’s Stall or crafted)

Bring the supplies to Aladdin's house, where he'll craft the Dreamlight Magic Carpet. Accept the Magic Scroll from him and activate the carpet by interacting with it on the floor. Follow Aladdin to the Disney castle entrance, where he's planned a tour around the Valley on your new magic carpet. Since the carpet is a Glider skin, ensure your energy bar is overfilled (yellow) by consuming prepared meals.

Equip the Dreamlight Magic Carpet from the wardrobe menu and commence the tour by gliding under the Plaza's main square banner. Navigate through the Forest of Valor, Dazzle Beach, and Peaceful Meadow, following the route to the pier's end. Remember to track the quest in your menu for guidance.

Note: The Dreamlight Magic Carpet functions like other Gliders, affected by ground obstacles.

Upon reaching the pier, converse with Aladdin to conclude the "Bring Your Own Carpet" quest.

All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)

At Friendship Level 7, Aladdin embarks on creating an extraordinary bouquet for Jasmine, inspired by Agrabah's palace gardens. Collect 4 yellow and 6 purple flowers of any type and deliver them to Aladdin. Witness his attempt to impress Jasmine, who appreciates the gesture but finds the bouquet reminiscent of her past.

Aladdin then seeks a special treasure for Jasmine, inspired by a scroll from Scrooge McDuck. Begin your search at the mermaid's isle by interacting with the raft on Skull Island. Retrieve the Golden Sun Piece from the upper right peninsula, insert it into the rock, and follow the clues to:

1. Dig up a box buried north of the rock.
2. Fish for a pillar piece in the golden circles near the raft.
3. Open a barrel near the Golden Sun Piece location.

Assemble the pillar pieces, but when nothing happens, consult with Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel in Dreamlight Valley. Return to Ariel's island, where Jasmine joins the search, revealing the pillar's pieces need to be rotated according to island clues.

Follow the clue "From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers" to arrange the pillar pieces correctly. Retrieve the treasure from the water and present it to Aladdin, who shares it with Jasmine. Conclude the "All That Glitters" quest by accepting the golden tea set furniture item from Aladdin.
