Game Launches On May 20th

Following an exciting reveal trailer, Dune: Awakening is set to launch on May 20th, 2025, for PC via Steam. Console players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will have to wait a bit longer for their release dates. In the meantime, developer Funcom has given players a head start with the Character Creator and Benchmark Mode. This lets you meticulously craft your character for your journey to Arrakis and check if your PC hardware is up to the task.

With the Character Creator, you can customize every detail of your character's appearance. Choose your home planet, caste, and mentor or class, ensuring your character is uniquely yours. These creations will seamlessly transfer into the full game upon its release.
