EA Says Madden and FC Might Find ‘Real Energy’ on Nintendo Switch 2

EA confirms plans to bring its popular franchises to the Nintendo Switch 2. During a recent financial call, CEO Andrew Wilson indicated that EA anticipates strong performance from titles like Madden, FIFA (now FC), and The Sims on the new console. Wilson highlighted the potential for acquiring new players and expanding into new communities with these established IPs. While specifics remain undisclosed, the expectation is that the Switch 2's capabilities will allow for enhanced versions of these games compared to previous Nintendo iterations.

The announcement of EA's involvement fuels speculation about the game versions for the Switch 2. Past releases of FIFA on Nintendo platforms have been "legacy" versions, but recent efforts towards feature parity for the FC series suggest a potential shift.
