The Flexispot C7 offers a suite of features typically found in more expensive chairs, including an automatically adjusting lumbar system, adjustable seat depth, armrests, seat tilt, headrest, and 128 degrees of recline.
Flexispot C7 Review (without footrest) by Bill Loguidice
The FlexiSpot C7 is a robust chair, though I would have appreciated a more premium-feeling material than fabric, along with better cushioning. The inability to lock the wrist rests in place can be a minor annoyance. If you value adjustability and don't mind its quirks, the C7 is a solid choice. Its understated design fits well in professional settings, though those seeking a more luxurious or flashy chair should look elsewhere.

The Flexispot E5 is the best value electric standing desk on the market, offering premium features at a budget-friendly price. Currently priced at $199.99 (originally $379.99) for the base, with desktop surfaces starting at $80. The E5 features dual motors, which are more durable and can support up to 287 pounds. The desk's double crossbeam structure ensures even support to prevent sagging, while the steel legs with a 3-stage column provide a greater vertical range (23.6" to 49.2"). The anti-collision feature adds safety, and the keypad offers three memory presets and a sit/stand reminder timer. The E5 comes with a 10-year warranty on all metal, mechanical, and electrical components, including the motor.

Its legs feature laser-welded seams and a powder-coated finish for a professional look. The advanced keypad includes an LCD display, additional memory presets, a USB charger, and a child-lock function. A built-in cable tray helps manage wiring, and the E7 comes with a 15-year warranty on all components.

The E7 Pro is Flexispot's flagship standing desk, featuring top-tier build quality and a weight capacity of 440 pounds. Its superior motor offers smoother and faster movement, and it includes enhanced cable management options. The E7 Pro also comes with a 15-year warranty on all components, making it arguably the best standing desk deal currently available.
Flexispot E7 Pro Review by Billy Givens
"The FlexiSpot E7 Pro stands out with its simple yet effective keypad, quiet dual motors, near-perfect cable management, and excellent stability. It's a top choice for both work and gaming, whether it's your first desk or an upgrade from an older model."
I own three standing desks. One came with a desktop, but for the other two, I sourced my own surfaces. For one, I bought a 74"x26" maple veneered countertop from Ikea for $199, and for the other, a 48"x25" solid wood countertop from Home Depot, which I finished myself. There are many options available, and these standing desk bases don't require the manufacturer's desktops. As long as your choice falls within the weight limitations, feel free to install your own desktop.
From personal experience, I own a Jarvis Fully, a Vari Ergo, and a Flexispot E5. All three are excellent, reliable desks. However, the Flexispot E5 is significantly less expensive than the others while offering similar performance. For the price of a basic Jarvis Fully, you could get the top-end Flexispot E7 Pro and still save money.
