Fortnite: All Oni Masks & How To Get Them

This guide details how to obtain Oni Masks in Fortnite Hunters. These masks grant unique offensive or defensive abilities.

Oni Masks and Their Abilities:

• Void Oni Mask: Provides mobility. Throw a Void Tear (Shoot Button), then teleport to it (Aim Button while mask is equipped). The Epic variant has 15 uses and a 5-second cooldown; the Mythic variant has 50 uses.

• Fire Oni Mask: Deals damage. Launch a guided flame projectile (Fire Button) that deals 100 damage. Can hit multiple enemies. The Epic variant has 8 uses and an 8-second cooldown; the Mythic variant has 16 uses.

How to Acquire Oni Masks:

• Elemental Chests: These chests guarantee an elemental item, including Oni Masks (both Void and Fire). Location is random, but named POIs increase your chances.

• Defeating Demon Warriors: These enemies, marked by an Oni Mask icon on the map, may drop either a Void or Fire Oni Mask (depending on which they wield). They also drop Typhoon Blades and Boons.

• Regular Chests: A chance to find Epic rarity Void and Fire Oni Masks, but this method relies heavily on luck.

• Purchase from Daigo: At Masked Meadows, Daigo sells both masks for Gold Bars. Requires completing all stages of his Mask Expertise Quests to unlock this option.

• Daigo's Hidden Workshop: Located beneath the building on the north side of Masked Meadows, this hidden workshop contains a machine that drops both Void and Fire Oni Masks. This is a guaranteed method.

• Defeating Bosses (Mythic Masks Only):

  • Mythic Void Oni Mask: Defeating Night Rose at Demon's Dojo.
  • Mythic Fire Oni Mask: Defeating Shogun X at Shogun's Arena. Mythic masks have more uses than their Epic counterparts.
