Fortnite Spending Tracker Now Available

Author:Kristen Update:Jan 18,2025

Want to know how much you've spent on Fortnite? It's easier than you think, though you might be surprised by the total. This guide shows you two methods to track your Fortnite spending, helping you stay on top of your in-game purchases.

How to Check Your Fortnite Spending

Tracking your Fortnite spending is crucial to avoid unexpected financial surprises. While small purchases might seem insignificant, they quickly add up. We'll explore two methods: reviewing your Epic Games Store transactions and using the Fortnite.gg website.

Why Track Spending?

The importance of monitoring in-game spending cannot be overstated. Many players underestimate their spending, leading to shock when reviewing their bank statements. Think of the player who unknowingly spent nearly $800 on Candy Crush in just three months!

Method 1: Check Your Epic Games Store Account

All V-Buck purchases are recorded in your Epic Games Store account, regardless of your platform or payment method. Here's how to access this information:

  1. Visit the Epic Games Store website and log in.
  2. Click your username in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Account," then "Transactions."
  4. Scroll through your purchase history, clicking "Show More" as needed.
  5. Identify V-Buck purchases (usually listed as "5,000 V-Bucks" with a corresponding dollar amount).
  6. Manually add the V-Bucks and currency amounts separately to determine your total spending.

Important Notes:

  • Free Epic Games Store games will appear in your transactions, so you'll need to filter them out.
  • V-Buck card redemptions might not show a dollar amount.

Method 2: Use Fortnite.gg

Fortnite.gg provides an alternative method, though it requires manual entry. While it doesn't automatically detect your purchases, it allows you to track your cosmetic items:

  1. Go to Fortnite.gg and log in (or create an account).
  2. Navigate to the "My Locker" section.
  3. Manually add each outfit and item from your Cosmetics tab (click on an item, then "+ Locker"). You can also search for items.
  4. Your locker will then display the total V-Buck value of your acquired cosmetics. Use a V-Buck to dollar converter for an approximate total cost.

Neither method is perfect, but they provide valuable tools for monitoring your Fortnite spending.

Fortnite is available on various platforms, including Meta Quest 2 and 3.
