This sequel boasts a diverse enemy roster, featuring unique creatures from the Terminid and Automaton factions, each vying for control of various planets. Players must overcome these forces to liberate planets and defend Super Earth.

The cooperative shooter retains its signature Major Orders – community challenges demanding swift enemy elimination within time limits. The Impaler's Return

The Impaler, a dangerous, burrowing creature from the original Helldivers, attacks from underground using its front tentacles. Its heavily armored front requires precise targeting of its exposed face. Like other Terminids in Helldivers 2, it's weak against fire.

Helldivers 2's Terminid enemies are characterized by their insect-like forms and melee attacks.
