The quickest way to acquire Hylea's Talon is by visiting merchants Lluisa Melcer at the Farmer's Market and Abritt Porrya in Piaza Mez Vidarro. Located in the early Emerald Stair areas, they each sell up to 5 Talons for 450 coins apiece. This is ideal for immediate needs.

Additionally, breaking down certain unique weapons and armor found throughout the game, at your party camp's workbench, can yield additional Hylea's Talon.

Exploration

Similar to finding Paradisan Ladder in Dawnshore, Hylea's Talon can be discovered as a plant while exploring Emerald Stair. Look for the corresponding plant icon on your mini-map.
