Marvel fans rejoice - Krysten Ritter is officially reprising her role as Jessica Jones in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2.

As exclusively reported by Variety, Disney confirmed Ritter's return as Marvel's beloved private investigator during today's Disney Upfront presentation in New York. This announcement ends months of speculation about potential Defenders reunions within the Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline.

Ritter's Marvel Homecoming

Ritter appeared on stage with co-star Charlie Cox (Daredevil/Matt Murdock) to share her enthusiasm about returning to the iconic role after several years.

"After bringing Jessica to life for three seasons and The Defenders, I'm thrilled to reintroduce her to the MCU," Ritter announced. "We have exciting developments planned - Jessica's story is far from over!"
