The eagerly awaited official trailer for the live-action remake of *Lilo & Stitch* has finally dropped, offering fans an exciting glimpse into the world of this beloved Disney classic. The trailer showcases Maia Kealoha stepping into the iconic role of Lilo, originally brought to life by Daveigh Chase in the 2002 animated film. Kealoha's portrayal promises to breathe fresh life into the character, capturing the essence that fans adore.

Alongside Kealoha, the trailer introduces us to Courtney B. Vance as the serious yet endearing Cobra Bubbles, and Billy Magnussen as the quirky Pleakley. We also catch a glimpse of Zach Galifianakis as Jumba, adding a new layer of excitement. An intriguing twist in the trailer shows Jumba and Pleakley adopting human disguises on Earth, a departure from their usual alien attire, though Pleakley does briefly appear in his extraterrestrial form.

The trailer doesn't shy away from recreating some of the most memorable moments from the original film. We see Stitch's dramatic entrance as a falling star, his transformation at the animal shelter to resemble a dog more closely, and the heartwarming scene where Lilo shares the meaning of "Ohana," stating, "Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten."

Mark your calendars for May 23, 2025, when *Lilo & Stitch* hits the theaters, bringing another cherished Disney story to life in live-action form. This release comes shortly after the live-action adaptation of *Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs* on March 21, making 2025 a year to remember for Disney fans.
