Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes Madam Bo

New Kameo Fighter

Mortal Kombat 1 has just launched an exciting trailer for its latest Kameo fighter, Madam Bo, the feisty owner of Fengjian Teahouse. Alongside the villainous T-1000 from Terminator 2, Madam Bo will join the fray on March 18th, 2025, as part of the Kombat Pack 2 and the Khaos Reigns expansion.

Before stepping into the Kameo role, Madam Bo played a significant part in Mortal Kombat 1's story mode. She was seemingly defeated by Lin Kuei assassin Smoke for failing to pay protection money, but this was a clever ruse to prepare Raiden and Kung Lao for the tournament. Don't let her age fool you; Madam Bo is a former Lin Kuei associate and a skilled martial artist who has mentored Raiden and Kung Lao.

The gameplay footage showcases Madam Bo assisting her pupils with powerful kicks and punches, smashing glass bottles, and delivering a unique fatality that kicks off the opponent's head and catches it on a tea tray with precision.

T-1000 Makes Its Guest Debut

Joining Madam Bo on March 18th is the cold and cunning T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgement Day. This liquid metal assassin will make its Mortal Kombat debut as a playable character, utilizing its shapeshifting abilities to attack with a sharp sword or a machine gun.

Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Expansion

Madam Bo and T-1000's arrivals are part of the new Mortal Kombat 1 expansion, Khaos Reigns. This expansion extends Liu Kang's New Era storyline and introduces a new cinematic campaign. Players will follow Liu Kang as he gathers his champions to battle the ruthless Titan Havik, who threatens the world and the New Era.

Kombat Pack 2, part of the expansion, introduces several new and returning characters. The rollout began with the return of Sektor, Noob Saibot, and Cyrax in September 2024, followed by Scream's Ghostface in November and Conan the Barbarian in January 2025. Madam Bo and T-1000 will be the latest additions to this exciting lineup.
