Marvel Rivals released trailers for the Human Torch, the Thing and the new map

It's an exciting time for fans of hero shooters, with Overwatch 2 kicking off Season 15, Marvel Rivals approaching the second half of its first season, and Team Fortress 2 integrating into the Source SDK. But the spotlight today shines on the newest addition to the scene: Marvel Rivals.

The developers of Marvel Rivals have just released thrilling gameplay videos featuring the latest additions to their roster: the Human Torch and the Thing from the Fantastic Four. These iconic characters are set to make their debut in the superhero shooter this Friday, February 21.

Johnny Storm, known as the Human Torch, joins the Duelist class. With his ability to soar through the skies, he can unleash fiery projectiles, encase opponents in a scorching barrier, and summon devastating fire tornadoes that obliterate anything in their path.

Benjamin J. Grimm, better known as the Thing, steps into the Defender class. His unique abilities allow him to hurl teammates short distances for strategic positioning and send enemies flying with a thunderous ground slam.

In addition to these new characters, the Marvel Rivals team has teased the introduction of a new map, Central Park, which promises to add fresh battleground dynamics to the game.
