"Marvel Rivals: New Stats and Top Heroes Revealed"

Summary

NetEase has released detailed statistics and data showcasing the most picked and highest win rate characters across all game modes in Marvel Rivals. Jeff the Land Shark leads as the most popular hero in Quickplay, while Mantis boasts the highest win rate across all platforms and game modes. Storm, on the other hand, has one of the lowest pick rates, but upcoming buffs in Marvel Rivals Season 1 might change that.

Since its early December launch, Marvel Rivals has become a significant success for NetEase. As the game gears up for Season 1, fans are excited about the addition of The Fantastic Four. Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman will be available at the season's launch, with The Human Torch and The Thing joining mid-season. Before diving into Season 1, NetEase shared a "Hero Hot List" that highlights the most picked and highest win rate heroes from the first month.

Marvel Rivals Most Picked Heroes:

  • Jeff the Land Shark - Quickplay (PC and Console)
  • Cloak & Dagger - Competitive (Console)
  • Luna Snow - Competitive (PC)

Despite Jeff the Land Shark's popularity, Mantis emerges as the hero with the highest win rate, achieving over 50% in both Quickplay and Competitive (56% and 55% respectively). Other characters like Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock follow closely behind. With the launch of Season 1 on January 10, these statistics may see significant shifts.

At the other end of the spectrum, Storm, a Duelist character, has faced criticism for her underwhelming damage and frustrating gameplay mechanics, resulting in a low pick rate of 1.66% in Quickplay and a mere 0.69% in Competitive. However, Season 1 brings hope for Storm fans with announced balance changes and buffs that could improve her standing in the game.
