Upon opening a Swap Pack, you'll receive a selection of stickers. However, you're not obligated to accept them immediately. The game presents you with a range of random stickers that you can swap for those initially drawn from the pack.

You have the freedom to swap any sticker, but you're limited to three swap attempts per pack. Note that if you receive a duplicate gold sticker, swapping it does not guarantee you'll receive another gold one.
