Unlocking Mounts in Rune Slayer: A Comprehensive Guide

Rune Slayer offers a compelling MMORPG experience within Roblox, featuring quests, crafting, dungeons, and even fishing. However, the method for acquiring a mount isn't immediately obvious. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough.

Prerequisites: Reaching Level 20 and Taming a Pet

Before embarking on your mount-acquiring journey, ensure you meet two key requirements:

• Reach Level 20: This shouldn't take more than a few hours of completing quests, jobs, and defeating enemies. Consider teaming up with friends to expedite the process.

• Tame a Pet: A quest will guide you through the taming process. The basic steps are:

  • Locate a tamable animal (deer, wolf, spider, etc.).
  • Attack it once.
  • Offer the animal its preferred food (e.g., apples for deer, raw deer meat for wolves).
  • A heart will appear above its head. A fully grown heart indicates a successful taming attempt; a black heart signifies failure. Try again with a different animal if necessary.

Completing the Mount Quest

Once you've reached level 20 and tamed a pet, proceed as follows:

1. Locate Jimmy the Stable Master in Wayshire: He'll offer you the "Jimmy's Delivery" quest.

2. Deliver the Package to Ashenshire: Travel north from Wayshire, through Greatwood Forest, to Ashenshire (identified by large houses on tall trees).

3. Navigate to Madonna the Stable Master: Utilize the rope to climb to the upper area of Ashenshire. Madonna, the Stable Master, will be the first NPC you encounter. Interact with her and select "I have a package for you."

4. Return to Wayshire and Claim Your Reward: Return to Wayshire and speak with Jimmy. He will reward you with a saddle.

Mounting Your Pet

1. Summon your pet (Hold "T").

2. Approach your pet and select "Mount" (Press "E").
