The company explicitly stated that Genki was not provided with any Switch 2 hardware by Nintendo.

Genki, a US-based manufacturer of electronics and gaming accessories (controllers, SSDs, chargers, etc.), generated significant buzz by showcasing the mockup and allegedly revealing a purported release date to journalists and attendees.
