Path of Exile 2: Trial of the Sekhemas Guide

This guide provides a walkthrough for unlocking and completing the Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2. This endgame activity, similar to the Sanctum from the first game, offers valuable loot. However, it can be challenging for less powerful characters.

Unlocking the Trial of the Sekhemas

To begin, you must defeat Balbala the Traitor, a formidable boss located in Traitor's Passage within Act 2. Her swift and powerful attacks can pose a significant threat, especially early in the game. Upon defeating her, she drops Balbala's Barya – a crucial item required to initiate the Trial of the Sekhemas.

After conquering Balbala, navigate to the Trial of the Sekhemas using the Ardura travel map (or waypoint). You'll find yourself in a dilapidated temple. Balbala, now acting as a guide, awaits. Place Balbala's Barya on the Relic Altar to commence your Trial.
