March's Pokémon GO Community Day extravaganza kicks off with Fuecoco, the fiery croc Pokémon! This article details the March events, future Community Day dates, and the rewards awaiting trainers in the Beloved Buddies event.

Fuecoco Ignites March's Community Day

Get ready for Fuecoco's spotlight on March 8th, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (local time). This fiery friend will be appearing frequently, boasting an increased Shiny rate. Evolving your Fuecoco to Skeledirge (via Crocalor) allows it to learn the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn, but only within a week of the event. Skeledirge can also learn Torch Song without time restrictions.

A special Timed Research event offers a Fuecoco encounter with a Seasonal Special Background and further boosts Shiny encounter chances! Complete the tasks by March 15th, 2025, at 10:00 PM (local time). For $2.00, trainers can access an exclusive Community Day Special Research featuring three Fuecoco encounters (all with Seasonal Special Backgrounds), Battle Passes, and Rare Candies. This ticket is giftable to Great Friends and above.

Community Day Dates Unveiled

Pokémon GO has announced Community Day dates extending through May:

• Saturday, March 22, 2025 (Community Day Classic)
• Sunday, April 27, 2025
• Sunday, May 11, 2025
• Saturday, May 24, 2025 (Community Day Classic)

Community Day Classic events revisit past favorites, like Ralts (August 2019, recently January 2025). New Pokémon will star in the remaining events, though details are yet to be revealed.

Beloved Buddies Event: Candela or Arlo?

The Beloved Buddies event, featuring Dhelmise, offers Timed Research with two paths: one focusing on friendship with Candela (Team Valor), the other on battling Arlo (Team GO Rocket). Both paths begin with tasks rewarding Ultra Balls, Remoraid, and Mantine encounters.

Candela's Path: Rewards include Poffins, Stardust, Ultra Balls, and encounters with Luvdisc, Shellder, and Rapidash.

Arlo's Path: Offers similar item rewards plus a Pocket Radar, and encounters with Cubone, Slowpoke, and Scizor.
