Pokemon Go will soon kick off Mega Gallade Raid Day in time for the new year

Get ready for Mega Gallade's debut in Pokémon Go's Mega Raids! A special Raid Day is planned for January 11th, offering a chance to encounter a Shiny Gallade.

This exciting event coincides with several bonuses. From January 10th to 11th, the Remote Raid Pass limit increases. You can also obtain up to five extra free Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, and there's a heightened chance of encountering a Shiny Gallade in Mega Raids.

For a small investment, a $5 Event Ticket unlocks even more rewards: eight additional Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, increased Rare Candy XL drop rates from Raid Battles, a 50% XP bonus, and double Stardust from Raid Battles.

A Mega Gallade Raid Day Ultra Ticket Box will also be available for purchase in the Pokémon Go Web Store for $4.99 (or local equivalent).
