Pokémon Go Announces January 2025 Community Day Featuring Sprigatito!

Get ready, Pokémon Go Trainers! The first Community Day of 2025 has been announced, and it's bringing the Grass Cat Pokémon, Sprigatito, into the spotlight! Mark your calendars for January 5th.

From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, Sprigatito will appear much more frequently in the wild. This is your best chance to catch plenty of these adorable Pokémon.

Evolving your Sprigatito during the event (or within the five-hour post-event window) into Floragato and then Meowscarada will unlock the powerful Charged Attack, Frenzy Plant. It will also permanently learn the Charged Attack, Flower Trick, significantly boosting its battle capabilities.

This Community Day event is packed with amazing bonuses:

• Triple Stardust and Double Candy: Catching Pokémon becomes even more rewarding!
• Double Candy XL Chance (Level 31+): Trainers level 31 and above will have a doubled chance of receiving Candy XL.
