Pack Hourglasses will continue to function as intended, reducing booster pack opening delays by one hour per hourglass, regardless of the expansion.

This confirmation follows the October 2024 launch of Pokemon TCG Pocket and the subsequent release of the Mythical Island booster pack. While some players had already completed the initial Genetic Apex packs, concerns arose regarding the utility of accumulated Pack Hourglasses with a new expansion rumored for January 2025.
