How To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.

Playing R.E.P.O. with friends is a blast, but even the best squads have their weak moments. The monsters in R.E.P.O. are relentless, making it likely that someone will need reviving at some point. Here's how to bring fallen teammates back into the fight.

Each round begins with 100 health. Damage comes from monsters and even your own gear (like those Human Grenades!). Health packs in the Service Station replenish health, and a unique mechanic lets teammates share health by interacting with each other's health bars. A truly helpful feature!

Despite your best efforts, sometimes the monsters overwhelm your squad. When a teammate goes down, their head falls to the ground. You'll need to locate it – check the area or use the map; a small icon matching their character color will show its location. Finding the head is just the first step, however.

Where To Revive Teammates in R.E.P.O.

Once you've retrieved the head, head to the extraction point. Drop the head at the point. As long as you've met the round's loot requirement (check the top right of your screen), your teammate will respawn with 1 HP. They can regain some health by entering the truck. Back in action!

There's an alternative if you can't reach your teammate's head: starting a new round will also revive them. Similar to Call of Duty Zombies, dead players return at the start of a new round. This method leaves your team slightly underpowered for the round, but it can be strategically advantageous, especially for newer players who can observe experienced teammates in action before rejoining the fray.
