TouchArcade Rating: Following the mobile release of Coromon, the popular monster-collecting game from TRAGsoft, a roguelite spin-off is on the horizon. Coromon: Rogue Planet (Free) will launch next year on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android. This new title aims to combine the turn-based combat of its predecessor with the addictive replayability of roguelite mechanics, creating a dynamic monster-collecting experience. The Steam page boasts 10 ever-changing biomes, 7 playable characters, over 130 monsters, and more. Check out the official announcement trailer below:

The original Coromon is a free-to-play mobile title. It will be interesting to see how Coromon: Rogue Planet performs on mobile, and whether its release coincides with the Switch and Steam versions. You can wishlist Coromon: Rogue Planet on Steam now. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds incredibly engaging. The Steam screenshots suggest it's perfectly suited for quick play sessions. In the meantime, you can download the original Coromon for free on iOS. What are your thoughts on Coromon: Rogue Planet? Have you played the original Coromon?
