"Save 20% on Top PC Games of 2025"

Author:Kristen Update:May 24,2025

Feeling down about GTA VI's release being pushed to next year? Don't let it get you down because there are fantastic games available right now that you can dive into. Fanatical is currently running a special promotion with an average 20% discount on two of the standout titles from 2025.

22% Off Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 (Steam)

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Originally priced at $59.99, you can now grab it for $46.79, saving 22%. The voucher code can be redeemed directly through your Steam client. This game is a true masterpiece that allows you to bypass the main storyline (which is exceptional in its own right) and explore the vast sandbox world of 14th-century Bohemia at your leisure. According to How Long to Beat, achieving 100% completion takes about 125 hours, though I personally spent over 150 hours immersed in its world. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is undoubtedly one of my top picks for 2025 and ranks among the best open-world RPGs since The Witcher 3.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Review by Leana Hafer

"In many ways, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 feels like it’s picked up and run with the reactive first-person RPG torch that Bethesda left behind in pursuit of a broader audience. Its excellent melee combat surpasses anything The Elder Scrolls has offered at its peak. The game sometimes struggles to balance its cinematic narrative with its dynamic open-world sandbox, leading to occasional immersion conflicts. However, this rarely detracts from the experience, as you're free to explore its numerous side quests on your way to a thought-provoking and thrilling main plot conclusion. I was thoroughly enchanted by its world and its exceptional story will linger in my memory for a long time."

18% Off Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 (Steam)

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

Fanatical is offering Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 for $40.49 after an 18% discount, redeemable via Steam. This is a remarkable deal considering the game's regular price of $49.99, especially given its high quality and the upward trend in game pricing. Clair Obscur has emerged as a sleeper hit; Sandfall Interactive's debut major release boasts the highest user rating ever on Metacritic. Released on April 24, I've already logged over 70 hours and am nearly finished with my second playthrough. Despite the year being young with many exciting releases on the horizon, Clair Obscur is my top contender for game of the year so far.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Review by Michael Higham

"Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 evokes memories of both classic and modern RPGs, yet Sandfall Interactive has masterfully captured the essence of what makes these games special and made them uniquely their own. The innovative turn-based combat system is engaging, enhanced by stunning visual effects. While the story can sometimes veer into melodrama, its honest exploration of mortality, grief, and the fleeting moments of joy is compelling. It doesn't shy away from depicting the various destructive ways we cope with loss, all conveyed through exceptional performances by an A-list cast that imbue the narrative with the necessary emotional depth. The game's artistic style, combined with its old-school RPG design, showcases a clear vision, perfectly balancing modern and traditional elements. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 not only stands shoulder to shoulder with its inspirations but also sets a new benchmark for future RPGs."

Don't miss out on the upcoming games for May, including the highly anticipated Doom: The Dark Ages.
