In this post-apocalyptic world, you play as an explorer emerging from a bunker 500 years after a devastating war that nearly wiped out humanity.

The World Has Completely Changed… in the Game

Your mission is to rebuild civilization from the ashes. You begin as one of the bunker's chosen explorers, stepping into the chaotic new world of Eustea. This world is divided into over 100 distinct zones, each with its own unique stories and bizarre historical elements.

Humans have managed to survive in scattered pockets across the continent, but the remnants of civilization bear little resemblance to the past. Some factions are aggressively vying for control, while others are simply struggling to survive.

Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse Is a Text-Based RPG with Roguelike Deckbuilding

In Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse, every decision you make shapes your journey. You'll encounter critical crossroads where you must choose to fight, negotiate, or retreat. Each choice leads to different outcomes, making your story uniquely yours.

The game features multiple endings. Your actions could lead to saving a community, its destruction, or even your own demise without leaving a trace. The butterfly effect is a central theme, where even minor decisions can have far-reaching consequences.

The combat system is built around constructing your deck from a selection of over 300 cards, 200 skills, and various pieces of equipment. You can opt for a soldier mode equipped with modern weaponry or embrace the role of a medieval knight.

Throughout your journey, you'll document your findings, including encounters with strange creatures, ancient artifacts, and oddly preserved books, all recorded in a pictorial log.
