The Sims is marking this milestone with a plethora of in-game rewards, a massive livestream featuring prominent Simmers, and the triumphant comeback of The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 on PC. Kevin Gibson, The Sims Production Director, expressed gratitude to the dedicated players who have been instrumental in the franchise's success over the past 25 years. The Return of The Sims 1 and The Sims 2

For the first time in almost a decade, players can revisit the origins of their favorite life simulation game. The Sims 1 and The Sims 2, including all their DLC, are now available for purchase on Steam and the EA store, individually or as a special Birthday Bundle. EA has ensured compatibility with modern systems, removing a significant barrier for longtime fans.

In-Game Celebrations: The Sims 4 and The Sims FreePlay

The Sims 4's "Blast From The Past" event introduces nostalgic items from earlier games, including retro furniture, clothing, and décor, released over four weeks. The Sims FreePlay also joins the celebration with a Birthday Update, featuring new Live Events, themed apparel, daily gifts, and a museum showcasing the franchise's history.
