Sonic Forces, Sonic Dream Team, and Sonic Dash are all set to receive updates ahead of Sonic the Hedgehog 3’s launch

Get ready for a triple dose of Sonic speed! Sega is celebrating the upcoming release of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 with a flurry of exciting updates across its mobile game lineup. From December 12th to January, Sonic Forces, Sonic Dream Team, and Sonic Dash will receive fresh content inspired by the new movie.

First up, on December 12th, Sonic Forces blasts off with a brand-new Metro-city Zone! This thrilling addition features three challenging tracks where you can race as Movie Shadow, Movie Sonic, and other familiar favorites. Experience the movie's action firsthand before hitting the theaters.

Next, on December 18th, Sonic Dream Team on Apple Arcade gets a major upgrade. Shadow the Hedgehog joins the playable roster, bringing his signature Chaos Control and Chaos Shift powers to the mix. Unlock him by completing Tails’ Challenges. New abilities like Quick Grind and Perfect Boost are added for all characters, while Shadow gets exclusive upgrades, including Double Chaos Shift. Six new Shadow-themed statues and music tracks complete the update, along with a revamped tutorial for newcomers.

Finally, Sonic Dash speeds into action on December 20th, letting you collect cards to unlock Movie Shadow and Movie Sonic. Daily collectible rewards add extra excitement. Sonic Dash+, on Apple Arcade, will follow in January with its own Shadow-themed updates.
