"Star Wars: Visions Volume 3 and Spin-Off Series Announced at Celebration"

At Star Wars Celebration, fans were thrilled to learn that Star Wars: Visions Volume 3 is set to launch on October 29, 2025, exclusively on Disney+. This upcoming volume will showcase nine captivating short films, each crafted by renowned Japanese anime studios such as Studio Trigger, WIT Studio, David Production, Kamikaze Douga, ANIMA, Kinema citrus Co., Polygon Pictures, Production I.G., and Project Studio Q.

An exciting revelation from the event is that three of these shorts will continue beloved stories from earlier volumes. Fans can look forward to seeing more of Kamikaze Douga's "The Duel," Kinema citrus Co.'s "The Village Bride," and Production I.G.'s "The Ninth Jedi."

Speaking of "The Ninth Jedi," writer and director Kenji Kamiyama shared exciting news about the character Kara. Her journey will continue in a new spin-off series that promises to explore longer narratives within the expansive Star Wars: Visions universe. This series will debut alongside the next chapter of "The Ninth Jedi" story, which began in Volume 1.

Adding to the anticipation, Kara will team up with Juro in the upcoming 'Child of Hope' episode featured in Volume 3.
