World of Warcraft Reveals First New Warbands Campsites

World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 introduces customizable character selection screens with collectible campsites! Four new campsites are available at launch, with more planned for future updates.

Key Features:

• New Campsite Backgrounds: Personalize your character select screen with four unique campsite backgrounds.
• Unlocking Campsites: Each campsite has specific unlock requirements, ranging from simple logins to completing challenging meta-achievements.
• Collections Pane Access: Easily preview and track your campsite unlocks in the updated Collections pane.
• Character Select Screen Customization: Select your preferred campsite background, or opt for random selection from your favorites.

The Ohn’ahran Overlook is automatically unlocked upon logging in after Patch 11.1. The remaining campsites require achievement completion within specific game content. All campsites are managed via a new tab within the Collections pane.

Future Plans:

Blizzard plans to continue expanding this feature, adding more campsites in future updates through various means – new content, old areas, holiday events, the Trading Post, and potentially even the in-game shop. This expansion builds upon the Warbands system introduced in World of Warcraft: The War Within. Expect to collect campsites alongside other collectibles like mounts and pets.
